PicsMatch
Rules for using the Service
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PicsMatch (the "Service"), a selfie capture and event-photo delivery service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service lets you register for an event by capturing a selfie with your device's camera — either manually or automatically when a blink is detected. Your selfie is linked to your phone number and may be used to identify and deliver photos of you taken at the event by the organiser or photographer.
The Service requires access to your device's camera, which your browser will ask you to grant. You may decline, but the Service cannot function without it. Blink detection runs locally in your browser; only the final captured selfie is uploaded.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Event photographs remain the property of the photographer or organiser, subject to any separate agreement between you and them.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular, we do not warrant that automated blink detection, liveness checks, or photo matching will be accurate in every case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or photos, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless a mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
