Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your PicsMatch account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Submit the form below with the phone number you registered with — this is how your account is identified.

What will be deleted

• Your registration record — your name and phone number.
• Your selfies — every selfie you captured through the Service, including the image files stored in our private cloud storage.

What may be kept

Photos taken by the event photographer at an event you attended belong to the event organiser and are not part of your account.

How long it takes

Once you submit the form, your account is immediately marked for deletion and stops being usable. Your data is then permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. After that it cannot be recovered, and any event photos already matched to your selfie will no longer be deliverable to you.
